As some of you know, C-Tech didn't start with the WoT clan, and has had other enterprises outside of the event horizon of [CTECH], therefore the Demobilisation of [CTECH] in no way signals an end to the clan, only an end of an era. All this means is it is time for C-Tech to march forward into a new era, for new faces, new challenges, and new victories
C-Tech Members
As stated in the last update 'all [previous] members of 4thPA are technically now reservists of 4thPA unless they want to separate to an unassigned C-Tech reservist, or a position in a different C-Tech Army.' That probably only makes sense in my head, so let me pontificate: firstly, some definitions:
Reservist: A Person aligned with C-Tech or a C-Tech Army that is/wants to be recognised as C-Tech, but is unable to actively take part in its current campaigned activities
(ie. fwend47 was a Reservist of 4thPA, as he was recognised, but didn't take part in WoT, and Maria/yanyanski is an unassigned Reservist of C-Tech, as she is recognised as C-Tech but doesn't take part in any campaigned activity)
C-Tech Army/Armada/Air-Arm/Division: A sub-section of general C-Tech that has a preference for dealing with a certain kind of game/situation; a 'campaigned activity'
(ie. 4thPA specialised in Tank combat, spec. WoT)
(ie. fwend47 was a Reservist of 4thPA, as he was recognised, but didn't take part in WoT, and Maria/yanyanski is an unassigned Reservist of C-Tech, as she is recognised as C-Tech but doesn't take part in any campaigned activity)

We are now reservists of 4thPA: as demobilisation means there is no campaigned activity, we can't take part in one, assuming we still wish to be recognised as 4thPA, we become reservists of it. You following? Good. If people no longer wish to be part of 4thPA, but still of general C-Tech as a reservist, this is no problem.
As for taking position in a different C-Tech Armys/Armadas/Air-Arms/Divisions, there is currently only 2 other active Armys:
RCT1stNA (although active may be an overestimate) - Naval Armada active on WoT, FtD, and an attempt at WoWs
RCT Command - An un-joinable group populated by 'Old C-Tech'
But why should we be limited to just that?
This leads us in to our second major topic: the dubiously dubbed 'Slav-Tech' invasion

Slav-Tech
I would like to state, for the record, that although I do often use casual racist remarks in my speech, this is not in anyway a race- or nationality- provoked situation; and I feel this problem would need to be remedied for any belligerent group. -Cptn
As much as it is nice to have more people on the server, after a few repeated (although not brilliant,) attempts to bridge the waters, it seems like the current C-Tech and the Slavs are immiscible for forming a single unit clan, due to language barriers, and differences in interests.
One way (after much consideration, perhaps the best way) to remedy this situation, would be for their current miniature clan structure to be melded into a C-Tech Infantry Division (the same rating as a Army, just for infantry, as they seem to have a preference on CS:GO).
Any such 'RCTxthID' dubbed clan would have the rights to change the roles, rules, imagery, naming, enumeration, and policy of their clan, as long as it doesn't contradict general C-Tech rules. One other requirement of this clan, would be of the appointment of a suitable Commander of the clan, able to take responsibility for their actions outside of their sub-clan, in a role answering directly to myself as an equal; the obvious choice in my mind would be CheeseJunky, however if this inst acceptable internally, I'm sure an alternative can be found.
If an agreement cannot be worked out in due time, the 'Slav-Tech' members will kindly be asked to leave our teamspeak and not return.

Sub-Clans
Now its time for the scene near the end of the game where the boss you killed half way through turns out not to be dead and has actually survived having its head ripped off and is back to kill you!
ie. 4thPA might not actually be demobilised
As 'Slav-Tech' have been offered the chance to form a sub-clan of C-Tech, it only seems fair for anyone else suitable to, within some rules as to not have 'sub-clan-cham-spam'. Therefore, have some a long list of thoroughly boring, but important to have rules:

Primary Rules for Clan Formation; you will need:
1. A Commander
- Ideally a good leader figure who is able to take responsibility for others' actions and talk to me as an equal
- Must not be the commander or SiC of another C-Tech clan (See also Primary Rules part.3)
2. A Purpose
- Some sort of major game or activity (ideally not already taken by another sub-clan) that the clan will play regularly
3. A Clan (duh)
- A group of at least 6 people (including the Commander) who will form the core unit of the clan giving it an identity, and a purpose
- Members may be members of other C-Tech clans of different types (ie of a PA and an NA)
- Members mustn't be members of another C-Tech clan of the same type (ie 4thPA and 1stPA), unless specified otherwise

Secondary Rules for Clan Formation:
1. Identity/Name
- Major Subtype (Naval/Armour/Air Power/Infantry/Command) of clan interest will dictate naming convention
- Major Subtype will also dictate shape of clan emblem, although colour rotation and design will be free to choice (vetted to prevent unsightly designs)
2. Conduct
-The clan, through the power of their Commander, has the rights to change the roles, rules, imagery, naming, enumeration, and policy of their clan, as long as it doesn't contradict general C-Tech rules.
- Members of Any clans must behave in a responsible and non-derogatory manner in all situations
Additionally, if anyone wishes to try and breath life back into RCT4PA they would only need to prove themselves as an adept commander to receive a trial period of 1-2 months to try to re-mobilise.

Teamspeak
As a few of you know, our kind, teamspeak-providing friend, has been rather thin-on-the-ground in terms of his appearances as of late. As such I have started probing the waters for an alternative means of us maintaining a teamspeak server to continue our mad-cat antics. The search has gone relatively well, and a good candidate has surfaced that may allow us to transfer well before the current server runs out of time, when more information is available it shall be posted here, as always.
